Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. Any future expansion to international destinations will be clearly communicated and reflected in this policy.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Processing time is typically 1–3 business days.

Processing time refers to order preparation and handling before shipment and does not include transit time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted, internationally recognized carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS. The carrier used depends on the product type, shipping method selected, manufacturer requirements, and delivery destination.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

All delivery times are estimates and may vary based on product type, brand, carrier, and logistical factors.

Total delivery time equals processing time (1–3 business days) plus shipping time.

Standard Flat Rate Shipping (Orders Under $500)

Orders valued between $0.00 and $500.00 ship at a flat rate of $15.00, with an estimated shipping time of 4–7 business days.

Free Shipping (Orders $500 and Above)

Orders valued between $500.00 and $100,000.00 qualify for free shipping, with an estimated shipping time of 4–7 business days.

Brand-Specific & Special Shipping Methods

Certain robotics and smart technology products require freight shipping, special handling, or manufacturer fulfillment, which may result in extended delivery timelines.

ATEAGO – Air Shipping

ATEAGO air freight orders ship via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Shipping cost is $1,800.00, with an estimated delivery time of 14–28 business days.

ATEAGO – Sea Shipping

ATEAGO sea freight orders ship via ocean transport at a cost of $750.00, with an estimated delivery time of 56–84 business days. Sea freight shipments may involve port handling and extended transit times.

DeepBlue – Special Order Shipping

DeepBlue products are manufactured or assembled to order and require extended fulfillment timelines. These orders ship via DHL, FedEx, or UPS, include free shipping, and have an estimated delivery time of 21–42 business days.

Shipping Costs, Taxes & Fees

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation. Shipping fees do not include applicable sales taxes, which are calculated separately where required by law.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If an order must be reshipped due to address errors, additional shipping fees may apply.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking indicates that an order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us promptly. We may assist with a carrier investigation, but once a carrier confirms delivery, responsibility transfers as outlined below.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to access issues, incorrect address details, or failure to accept delivery, the carrier may return the package to sender. In such cases, return shipping costs and applicable fees may be deducted before reshipment or refund.

PO Boxes & Special Addresses

Shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, parcel lockers, or other special delivery locations may be limited or unavailable depending on the carrier and product type. We recommend using a standard residential or commercial address whenever possible.

Partial Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages due to product availability, warehouse locations, or carrier requirements. When this occurs, customers may receive multiple tracking numbers at no additional cost.

Delivery Responsibility Transfer

Responsibility for an order transfers to the customer once the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. Carrier confirmation or proof of delivery constitutes evidence of successful delivery.

Delays Disclaimer

Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, freight congestion, peak shipping periods, labor disruptions, or system outages. Such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund of shipping fees.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All shipments are domestic within the United States and are not subject to customs duties or import taxes. If international shipping becomes available in the future, customers will be responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and import fees unless otherwise stated.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, failures, or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, carrier disruptions, governmental actions, or supply chain interruptions.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be changed or canceled before processing begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible and must follow the Return & Refund Policy.

This Shipping Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes apply only to orders placed after the updated effective date.
