We believe in transparency and want you to shop with confidence. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are handled when you purchase Robotics & Smart Technology products from our store.
We currently ship only within the United States. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be new, unused, and in original condition. The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, and the product must include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, cables, batteries, and components. Proof of purchase is required.
Products that are designated as final sale will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Return Authorization & Process
All returns require prior authorization. Items sent without approval may be refused, returned to sender, or denied a refund.
To request authorization, contact customer support with your order number and reason for return or exchange. If the item is defective or damaged, photos or videos must be included.
Once approved, you will receive confirmation, detailed return instructions, and a free prepaid return shipping label. Return addresses are provided only after authorization.
Returns are accepted by mail only.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fee
A free return shipping label is provided after approval. Customers are responsible for downloading and printing the label and for packaging items securely to prevent damage.
A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns and will be deducted from the refund amount, even when return shipping is provided at no cost.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within the 30-day return window, subject to availability. If a replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Inspection, Refunds & Processing Time
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If an item does not meet eligibility requirements, is missing components, or shows signs of use or damage, we may deny the return or issue a partial refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval, though banks or payment providers may require additional time for funds to appear.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a verified defect or a shipping error caused by us.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if returned items are incomplete, have damaged or missing packaging, or otherwise fail to fully meet return eligibility requirements. The refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos. Eligible items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with this policy and applicable manufacturer warranties.
Non-Returnable Items & Conditions
Returns are not accepted for products that have been used, installed, activated, programmed, paired, registered, or modified. This includes robotics, smart devices, drones, or electronics that have been powered on or connected to software, applications, or accounts.
Items showing signs of use, wear, misuse, physical damage, or alteration, as well as items missing original packaging or components, returned after the 30-day window, or not in new, resaleable condition, are not eligible for return.
For safety, security, and quality-control reasons, robotics and smart technology products cannot be accepted once activated or used. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Non-Returnable Brands
Due to manufacturer-imposed policies, certain brands sold on our website are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered, except where required by law or in cases of verified defects. These include Gausium, ATEAGO, and DeepBlue.
Products from these brands are final sale once delivered in proper working condition. Returns or exchanges for non-defective reasons, including change of mind, are not permitted. These limitations apply to all authorized sellers and do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
If a product from a restricted brand arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos. We will assist in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty procedures.
Manufacturer Warranties
Some products are covered by manufacturer warranties. After the store return window has expired, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer unless otherwise stated.
Abuse of Return Policy
We reserve the right to refuse returns, deny refunds, or limit return privileges in cases of suspected fraud, excessive or abusive return behavior, or violations of this policy. This helps protect our business and customers from misuse of our return system.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can resolve it promptly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may delay resolution and may result in account review or restrictions.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If an order is refused or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or failure to accept delivery, return shipping costs and restocking fees may be deducted from any refund issued.
Order Cancellation & Modifications
Orders may be canceled or modified before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process described in this policy. We are unable to intercept or redirect shipped orders.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, labor disruptions, or supply chain interruptions.
Final Sale Items
Certain products may be designated as final sale due to manufacturer restrictions, hygiene, safety, or other special conditions. Final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless required by law or the item arrives defective or damaged. Final sale status will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
Policy Updates & Governing Law
This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes apply only to orders placed after the updated effective date.
This policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
