Payment Information

This page explains how pricing and payment are presented when purchasing from Smart Edge Robotics, operated by SAMUELHYBRID ECOMMERCE LLC.

Currency and Charges

Store prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless a different currency is clearly shown. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other order-specific charges are displayed during checkout before the customer submits payment.

Accepted Payment Methods

The payment methods currently available for an order are shown at checkout. Availability can depend on the customer’s location, device, order value, and the payment services enabled for the store.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Shopify and enabled third-party payment providers. Smart Edge Robotics does not receive or store a customer’s complete card number. Payment providers may apply their own verification, authorization, fraud-prevention, or security checks.

Order Confirmation

Submitting payment does not guarantee acceptance of an order. An order may require payment authorization, availability confirmation, shipping review, or identity verification. Customers receive an order confirmation after the order is recorded. If an order cannot be accepted, customer support will contact the purchaser using the details supplied at checkout.

Pricing Errors

If a material pricing, product, shipping, or availability error is identified before fulfillment, we may contact the customer to confirm corrected information or cancel and refund the affected order.
