A Modern Twist on the Classic
Quick Setup, Immediate Filming
The RS 4 Mini introduces auto axis locks, previously featured on DJI’s flagship gimbals, which automatically unlock when powered on and lock when powered off or in sleep mode. This significantly speeds up filming, transitions, and storage processes.

Supports Cameras and Smartphones
The RS 4 Mini is capable of stabilizing mirrorless cameras, vlog cameras, and smartphones. It supports up to 2 kg (4.4 lbs), accommodating setups like the Sony A7 series with a 24-70 mm F2.8 GM II lens. When combined with DJI Mic series microphones and accessories, it ensures smooth, stable movements. The Phone Holder accessory enables quick switching to smartphone stabilization.

Wireless Recording and Zoom
Once paired via Bluetooth, users can control recording start/stop directly through the gimbal’s record button. The new zoom control function enables one-handed operation, allowing you to control Power Zoom for PZ lenses and Clear Image Zoom using the joystick.

Upgraded UI for Better Experience
The RS 4 Mini’s touchscreen now displays clearer icons and operates more smoothly. New gimbal status prompts have been added, and you can fine-tune parameters directly with the front dial. The touchscreen also features an auto-lock function, preventing accidental touches and conserving battery power by displaying gimbal and joystick modes at low brightness.

Briefcase Handle for Easier Filming
A new next-gen briefcase handle reduces the RS 4 Mini’s size by 20% and weight by 12%, making low-angle handheld filming more manageable.

Intelligent Tracking and Composition
The DJI RS Intelligent Tracking Module is a new accessory for the RS 4 series. It helps videographers with intelligent follow-filming and composition, keeping the subject within the frame. It is especially useful for orbit shots, backward tracking shots, and for tracking yourself when filming solo. The module supports up to 10 meters of tracking and works effectively in complex, multi-person scenes. Even if the subject temporarily leaves the frame, the gimbal quickly reorients and continues tracking.

1-Second Magnetic Mount
The RS Intelligent Tracking Module features a magnetic quick-release design, allowing it to be attached to the tilt axis in just one second, ready for use with the gimbal.

Responsive and Smooth Follow
In the new Responsive mode, the gimbal responds more quickly to hand movements, perfect for fast-paced shots. The classic Smooth Follow mode is also available for more fluid, cinematic shots.
