Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take for my order to ship? We are dedicated to ensuring fast processing and delivery.

  • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.

  • Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–4 business days.

  • Total Delivery Time: You can expect to receive your order within 4–6 business days on average.

  • Special Orders Time: 2-6 Weeks                                                                                         
  • Note: Any exception-s to this timeframe (such as pre-orders) will be clearly noted on the specific product page.

How will I know when my order has shipped? Once your item leaves our warehouse, you will receive a follow-up email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship to the United States Mainland only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.

Orders & Payments

Which payment methods do you accept? We accept a wide range of secure payment options:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club.

  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.

Do you charge sales tax? Smart Edge Robotics is based in Delaware. We only charge sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within the state of Delaware. This often results in significant savings for customers outside of our home state.

How do I place an order?

  • Online: Click "Add Cart" on your desired product and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and billing details to complete the purchase.

Will I receive an order confirmation? Yes. Immediately after placing your order, an automated confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided. We recommend saving this for your records. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout to avoid missing updates.

Returns, Cancellations & Damages

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. For full details on eligibility and return shipping fees, please refer to our [Refund and Return Policy].

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled for a 100% refund if the request is made before the item has shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@smartedgerobotics.com.

  • After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. It will fall under our standard 30-Day Return Policy.

Can I change my order after placing it? Yes, orders can be modified (e.g., address change or item swap) before they are shipped.

  • Action: Email us immediately at support@smartedgerobotics.com.

  • If there is a price difference, we will either credit your card or send a custom invoice for the additional charges.

What if my product is damaged upon delivery? Please inspect your item(s) immediately upon arrival.

  1. Inspect: Check the packaging before signing. If you notice damage to the box, make a note of it on the delivery receipt when signing.

  2. Suspect Damage: If you cannot inspect the package immediately but suspect issues, write "suspect damage" on the receipt.

  3. Report: If your item arrives damaged, send photos to support@smartedgerobotics.com within 1 business day, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
