Upgraded Technology for Seamless Connectivity
The latest version of the DJI Mic 2 introduces improved transmitter units featuring 2.4 GHz digital wireless and Bluetooth technology. Bluetooth connectivity allows for direct pairing with the DJI Mimo app on both iOS and Android devices, as well as direct integration with the Osmo Pocket 3 and Osmo Action 4 cameras. Through the Mimo app, users can adjust settings such as intelligent noise cancellation, which minimizes environmental noise for clearer voice capture, and enable 32-bit float audio recording for greater post-production flexibility.
Wearable, Portable, and Versatile Microphones
For a true wireless experience, the transmitter can be effortlessly clipped onto clothing using the integrated back clip or magnetic clip, eliminating the need for extra wiring. The unit can also be used as a handheld microphone or function as a traditional bodypack transmitter when paired with an external lavalier microphone (sold separately).
The built-in omnidirectional microphone ensures clear and consistent speech capture, even if placement is not ideal. A furry windscreen is included to reduce wind interference while maintaining sound clarity. With 6 hours of battery life per component and a total of 18 hours of recording, the DJI Mic 2 is built for extended use.

The Safety Track mode records a secondary mono backup track at -6 dB, safeguarding against unexpected audio spikes. Additionally, the transmitter features 8GB of onboard storage, enabling up to 14 hours of 48 kHz/24-bit recording, acting as a failsafe against wireless dropouts or interference. Files are saved in WAV format and can be transferred via USB-C, with the option to enable 32-bit float recording through the Mimo app.

The receiver features an OLED touchscreen and an onboard dial for easy adjustments. Users can monitor battery life, recording status, signal strength, volume, gain, and channel settings at a glance. A built-in haptic feedback motor provides tactile confirmation for key functions, such as powering on/off, muting/unmuting, and noise cancellation activation.
