What if my product is damaged?

Upon delivery, please carefully inspect the packaging of your item(s). If you notice any damage, including to the box, make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you are unable to open the package at the time but suspect potential damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.

If your item(s) arrive damaged, kindly send clear photos to support@smartedgerobotics.com, and we will promptly arrange a replacement or refund—typically within one business day.
